Established in 2001, Hebei Xiujie Auto Parts Co., Ltd. specializes in the manufacture of automotive interior and exterior trim components, seat parts, and TV wall mounts. The company occupies a total area of 15,000 square meters with a registered capital of 5 million RMB. It is strategically located in the Industrial New Area of Wen'an County, Hebei Province, adjacent to National Highway 106 and near the Jingde Expressway interchange, ensuring excellent accessibility. Over more than two decades of development, the company has evolved into a modern enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. Backed by extensive experience in production, R&D, and management, the company employs over 100 staff members, including 25 technical management personnel, 19 engineers, and 12 mid-to-senior level engineers. Its facilities include over ten injection molding machines and advanced painting lines-specifically, a Class 100,000 water-based paint line, a primer coating line, and an automated skid-type "four-coat, one-bake" painting line. The company operates its own mold workshop and utilizes precision testing equipment such as X-Rite multi-angle spectrophotometers, BYK orange-peel meters, BYK gloss meters, and paint film thickness gauges. With an annual output value exceeding 40 million RMB in 2022, the company holds a significant position in the automotive parts industry.
Our Factory
The company's factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters and features the following facilities:
Injection Molding Workshop: Over 10 injection molding machines, including large-scale equipment with capacities of 568, 850, and 1,400 tons;
Painting Workshop: Class 100,000 water-based painting line, primer coating line, and skid-type automatic painting line (4-coat, 1-bake process);
Mold Workshop: Equipped with in-house mold design and manufacturing capabilities;
Metalworking Workshop: Fully equipped with machinery for stamping, welding, tapping, and other processes.
Testing Equipment: X-Rite MA-5QC multi-angle spectrophotometer, BYK-Gardner orange peel meter, BYK-Gardner tri-angle gloss meter, paint film thickness gauge, dust particle counter, high-precision anemometer, pencil hardness tester, etc.;
Personnel: A workforce of over 100 employees, including engineers and senior technicians specializing in molds, inspection fixtures, welding, mechanical engineering, painting, electrical systems, and more.
Our Product
The company's products cover the following five major categories:
(1) Exterior trim components: Huawei Xiangjie S9 series liftgate upper trim panels, liftgate decorative parts, and central LiDAR cover panels; Beijing Hyundai Elantra license plate panels; and Beijing Changan front bumper grille trim strips, spoilers, rear wings, etc.
(2) Door panel components: Interior door handle housings, window switch panels, screw cover plates, etc.
(3) Center console components: Left and right decorative covers, display screen covers, gear shift panels, etc.
(4) Seat components: Left and right large side shields, front and rear protective panels, adjustment handles, etc.
(5) Pillar components: A-pillar, B-pillar, and C-pillar trim parts.
(6) TV wall mounts.
Product Application
Our products are widely used in automotive interior and exterior trim systems. The company has extensive experience in project development, having participated in projects for the following vehicle models: Yutong Bus interior parts; Changan CS75 interior and exterior parts; Hyundai Elantra exterior parts; Huawei Enjoy S9 series exterior parts; BAIC B40 series interior parts; Geely Lynk & Co 03 interior parts; Great Wall B07 interior parts. The company is currently a Tier 1 supplier to Yutong Bus and also supplies OEMs and leading component manufacturers such as Chengdu Aerospace Moulding, Yanfeng (Tianjin) Seating, and Tianjin Huatao Automotive Plastics.
