• The plant combines the 100,000-class waterborne line with the skid-type four-coat-one-bake automatic line.
• Each coat flows and flash-offs before the next; the final high-temperature bake locks the film into a deep, flat mirror.
• Dirt particles above 0.5 micrometer are held under 350,000 per cubic meter in the spray air.
• The skid line carries the pillar through the whole cycle without hand transfer between coats.

• A BYK orange-peel gauge reads long-wave and short-wave data on each batch.
