Large-Format Molding and Stress Control

Our Instrument Panel uses large-format injection molding. We have 850-ton and 1400-ton machines. These can mold the full panel in one shot. We control the mold temperature, injection pressure, and holding time very carefully. This reduces internal stress inside the part. It stops warping and deformation over time. Our own mold shop can design and build complex instrument panel tools. Our Class 100,000 water-based paint line can apply soft-touch coating or high-gloss finishes for panels that need them.

Full Inspection and Long-Term Warranty

We hold IATF 16949 certification. We follow your sample standard. We do a 100% inspection before packing. We check mounting clips, dimensional accuracy, and surface appearance on every part. We offer a 3-year warranty. If goods arrive damaged, send us proof. We replace them for free or pay for the damage. We accept third-party inspections. Our monthly capacity is 30,000 pieces per mold set for injection parts, and 15,000 pieces for large painted parts. We have worked on Yutong Bus, BAIC B40, Geely Lynk & Co 03, and Great Wall B07.
