Our Gear Shift Panel uses injection molding with a fine surface coating. Our Class 100,000 water-based paint line gives a protective coating. This coating resists daily fingerprints and light scratches. For high-gloss panels, our four-coat-one-bake line gives a clear, scratch-resistant finish. Our film thickness gauge and pencil hardness tester check every batch. These tools make sure the coating thickness and hardness meet the standard. Our own mold shop can make custom tools from your drawings.

We hold IATF 16949 certification. We follow your sample standard. We do a 100% inspection before packing. We offer a 3-year warranty. If goods arrive damaged, send us proof. We replace them for free or pay for the damage. We support EXW terms. For custom products, the payment is tooling cost plus 30% deposit. We have 12 senior engineers on our team.
