We use our BYK three-angle gloss meter to check the gloss from three different angles. This gives precise gloss data. We keep the gloss within the OEM's required range. We also use our X-Rite MA-5QC five-angle color meter to check the color. This makes sure the black tone is pure and even. There is no color shift. Our own mold shop can make custom parts from your drawings or samples.
