After molding, we paint it on our Class 100,000 water-based paint line. We use a four-coat-one-bake automated line. This gives a deep, glossy finish. Our X-Rite MA-5QC color meter checks the color match. Our BYK orange peel meter checks the smoothness. We make sure the spoiler matches the vehicle body.
