Plastic bumpers generally use polyester and polypropylene materials and are manufactured using injection molding. Modern car bumpers are typically made of plastic or fiberglass through injection molding. Autoclave manufacturing can be used; compression molding can be chosen to improve production speed.

 

The bumper assembly is installed using bolts to ensure a precise fit with the car body. This assembly is a universal part that requires no additional processing or customization and can directly replace original vehicle parts, reducing maintenance costs and time. The rear bumper assembly includes the rear bumper body, mounting parts, and flexible clip-on connectors.
